Welcome to the official website for DJ Mana and Soul Mechanics DJ School.   DJ Mana, aka Annam Lê, has been active since 1993. He is known for his seamless mixing, turntablist prowess, and innovative musical compositions. It is difficult to put his style into one genre, as he constantly hybridizes music of various styles. His craftsmanship on the turntables gave rise to his notoriety in the DJ battle circuit and the worldwide turntablist community. As a progressive thinker, Mana aims to push the art of turntablism to new limits, refining its techniques of musical expression.   Soul Mechanics DJ School was founded in 2004 in Montréal, Québec. It provides instruction on DJing, turntablism, and electronic music production.  It consists of a network of DJs and producers in Montréal who specialize in different techniques in these fields. The main philosophy behind the school is that knowledge is emergent and constantly changing. Our techniques and methods change and adapt with the current world of DJing and production in order to keep our students up-to-date.
